In July 2020, “Prioritet” company made a presentation of new fire-fighting vehicles on the territory of All-Russian Research Institute for Fire Protection (FGU VNIIPO of EMERCOM of Russia). a major contribution to the organization of this event was made by director of FGU VNIIPO of EMERCOM of Russia Gordienko D.M. and and Deputy Director of VNIIPO Pavlov E.V. “Prioritet” Company was represented by: deputy director Borodin I.S., commercial director Pilipenko A.Y., marketing manager Chugaeva K.I.
Guests of the presentation highly appreciated the demonstrated fire extinguishing technologies and the innovative materials used by “Prioritet”. As a result, firefighting tankers were recommended for serial delivery by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
Three vehicles were presented to the visitors of the exhibition:
— Fire fighting vehicle AZ 1,4-30 (С41А23) on the all-wheel-drive chassis Next (4х4) designed for extinguishing forest and urban fires. A centrifugal fire pump TO3000 with high and normal pressure stages is installed on the fire-fighting truck. There is a possibility to connect a large number of portable hydraulic tools and equipment, winch is mounted on the front bumper, that makes possible to use the vehicle in road traffic incident and rescue operations. Aluminium fire-fighting superstructure is made with the use of adhesive technologies, water tank capacity is 1,4 m3 and foam tank 0,1m3 — from glass-reinforced plastic.
— Multipurpose fast response vehicle APP-0,2 (С41А43) on all-wheel drive chassis Sadko-Next (4х4) is designed for extinguishing forest and urban fires, for operation at road accidents and carrying out rescue operations. Comfortable frame-panel cabin with a plastic exterior designed for the crew (7 people). Vehicle is equipped with high pressure water mist MDVVD -30/200. The power drive of the unit is hydraulic from the engine of the vehicle chassis through the power take-off. Disinfection unit is used for disinfection of various industrial, agricultural, food facilities. Disinfection process can be carried out both cold and hot solutions. The fire superstructure and vehicle tanks are also made of corrosion-resistant materials – from aluminum profiles and high-impact glass-reinforced plastic.
— Fire fighting vehicle Az 7,0-70 on chassis Ural NEXT with the modern frame-panel crew cabin. Exterior and interior – fireproof impact-resistant composite material. The cabin of the truck has a modern design, a large space for comfortable accommodation of 6-7 firefighters with a full set of fire-fighting equipment, including breathing apparatus and other personal protective equipment, comfortable seats with seat belts, radio communications, heating and air conditioning. The car cabin has a modern design, a large volume for comfortable accommodation of 6-7 firefighters with a full set of fire-fighting equipment, including breathing apparatus and other personal protective equipment, comfortable seats with seat belts, radio communications, heating and air conditioning. It should be noted that in the manufacture of all these fire trucks, innovative corrosion-resistant materials and most modern fire extinguishing technologies were used.
